No, it is not unhealthy to eat three eggs a day.  Eggs contain tons of protein without any fat, which is why they have become a favorite food for fitness fanatics. Studies have shown that natural cholesterol in eggs does not negatively impact the health of healthy people.  Eggs have gotten a bad reputation due to their high cholesterol content. However, egg cholesterol is natural, unlike the one found in processed and animal-fat-filled food.  Eating three eggs a day has no effect on cholesterol levels in your body.
